Foi uma experi\u00eancia enriquecedora, na medida em que alguns alunos tiveram o seu primeiro contacto com um gin\u00e1sio e tamb\u00e9m porque todos puderam experimentar uma grande variedade de m\u00e1quinas de cardiofitness e de muscula\u00e7\u00e3o, assim como pesos livres. O acompanhamento das sess\u00f5es por parte do respons\u00e1vel do gin\u00e1sio, Nelson Loureiro, foi fundamental para corre\u00e7\u00e3o de posturas e para a consciencializa\u00e7\u00e3o acerca das cargas a utilizar em cada equipamento. Os alunos mostraram bastante interesse e entusiamo ao longo das sess\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Sauda\u00e7\u00f5es
